Robert (engineer) was prompt and professional in identifying the problem and the necessary repair (replacement) required. The part was ordered immediately following the visit (following our agreement) and the replacement part fitted as soon as agreed date confirmed. All done with eight working days. Thanks
Easy to book, unfortunately couldn’t be repaired cheaper than a new machine but engineer went above and beyond to help find me one then even measured up to make sure it would fit in my kitchen before purchasing. Couldn’t fault the service at all would deffo use again!

We were let down b a rival company we had used previously. When we called NAC the receptionist was polite. An engineer was sent the next day and carried out a thorough examination of the wine chiller. He re-gassed the chiller and it is now working perfectly!

Brilliant service. Washing machine was fixed next day , engineer White Eagle Services for NAC Lukaz (sorry if spelling wrong) was efficient located the fault and checked the whole machine over. Friendly and efficient. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them.
