Was helpful and polite, and after a inspection of the faulty washing machine was recommended in buying a new one. As the washing machine had a small crack in the drum, and the cost of a new drum was over £300 to replace.

Chris turned up on time, was pleasant and polite, and he fixed the problem. What more do you need? We didn’t feel overcharged. We’d half expected to need a new machine so we’re delighted to get more time out of this one.

Very clear quote provided over the telephone when booking the repair. The engineer arrived within the timeframe given via text the day before. He was very polite, straight to the job and knew within minutes what the problem was and fixed the issue within 30mins. Slight error when we turned on our fridge after he left but we called the office, engineer called us back, within minutes gave us some advice and once again it was up/running. Would definitely book again and fully recommend to others… 100% satisfied
