Will definitely use this company again.Had to wait for machine part,but kept informed all the way.Very pleasant and helpful engineer,very clean and tidy workmanship.Definitely deserves five stars.
NAC might seem a bit pricey but to be fair the initial callout cost covers the return to fit parts.
I spent just over £170 on getting the broken knob repaired but it was cheaper than getting a new cooker.
Nathan is friendly and efficient, eager to help and willing to go the extra mile. He actually straightened the cooker legs so it now sits flat.
Protip: It is wise to keep all the parts of a broken item as this saves on replacement parts–the spring cost £12.
They will attend at times to suit and the call centre team is helpful.
It was only a great experience in that Chris did a thorough identification of the AEG Dishwasher (bought from John Lewis in 2018 as part of our kitchen refurbishment) and was able to identify small holes in its floor which are too expensive to repair and the machine judged irreparable.

First time using NAC and would definitely do so again. Kept informed by email and text about time of visit. James the engineer very helpful in explaining how I could still use my oven on different settings. Once part obtained, it was fitted promptly.

The team were very attentive and made me feel like my mini emergency was a priority for them. The engineer was very honest and knowledgeable.
Engineer (Paul) arrived when he said he would. Diagnosed the issue, ordered the part required and booked another day to fit the part.
