Very friendly guy. Seemed knowledgeable but didn’t need too much of his knowledge with this one, as it was a plug not switched on but the plug was very well hidden.
He did make sure the washing machine was in good working order (it’s new and was nor tested before we moved in 2 wks ago.
The engineer came out very quickly after I contacted the company. He was very professional and very helpful and cleared the problem effectively and quickly. Highly recommended
