Fantastic service and professional engineers

Really happy with the service. The engineer turned up on time (good communications), diagnosed the problem very quickly, gave me a very prompt and accurate estimate of the replacement part costs, and then came back and did the job. Really trustworthy service, done promptly and politely. Couldn’t be better!

Our dishwasher locking mechanism broke and following an engineer vist i was told that i has to order a new part and that the same engineer would return to fit the new part.

The engineer was very prompt,professional,and a very good ambassador for NAC.

I left him to do his job, expecting him to take about 30 minutes to repair and returned to my office,only to be called back to our kitchen to find that the part had fitted,and our dishwasher was back up and running again!

Really pleased with the service from start to finish, booking was easy and was contacted straight away, the engineer advised a rough time of arrival and was within the time frame. I had an engineer out 3 times in total due to circumstances out of anyone’s control and was glad that the labour price you pay at the start is regardless of how many visits!
