It is the first time I have ever used NAC. My fridge freezer wasn’t getting down to the required temperature. I contacted NAC and they sent me an engineer out the same day to look at the problem. He diagnosed the fault straightaway and it needed a new part. He ordered the part whilst he was here and came the following day to fix it. I would certainly use your company again and recommend them to other people

After contacting NAC I was put in touch with Ian, the person who was to repair the broken grill on my oven. I was given an appointment for a couple of days later. Ian the engineer turned up on time, with the appropriate replacement parts and completed the repair within half an hour

NAC provided a very efficient online service. A firm quote was given after I explained the trouble I was experiencing with my Liebherr fridge freezer. The quote didn’t have a job time limit – it would be worked upon for however long it took. Parts would/could be extra, naturally.
The engineer was exceptionally polite and explained his reason for the fault he assessed. A very intelligent young man from across the pond with immense knowledge of his trade. Ultimate decision as to what I should do was of course mine, but his complete explanation as to the problem with the fridge/freezer and options I had made my decision easy.
Took 2 days longer to repair. 7 days not 5. Very good of engineer. Quick and courteous. Full marks to him.
