I’ve used NAC three times now, twice for oven/grill repairs (blown elements), and the latest visit for my 7-year-old washer/dryer that was playing up and not selecting programmes correctly.
On this occasion, Tim the engineer turned up, immediately knew what the likely problem was and fixed it in about half an hour without needing to get new parts. (I had previously been told by another company that I would need a new system board for about £150!).
A couple of days later, I realised that the dryer wasn’t heating so he came back and fixed that (unrelated) problem too. (A trip switch had opened caused by fluff build-up in an inaccessible part of the machine.) Again, Tim knew exactly what had happened and why and fixed it with no further charge or parts needed.
I think that is good service.
