BIG warranties wrote off the Rangemaster 110 oven without even seeing it. Claiming the engineer said its not not financially viable to repair it. They never even came to the house.
We contacted NAC and the engineer had it repaired in 30 minutes.
One new element £39 and the callout fee.
Saved us well over a grand to replace our oven.
Highly recommended …. don’t go any where near BIG Warranties if you live in the Selby / York area… they don’t even have an engineer…
We had a problem with our freezer icing up and then leaking. I booked an engineer visit in the morning and he arrived on the same day. He quickly identified the cause of the problem and fixed it. He was knowledgable,polite and friendly and explained the work he had done. The work came with a three month guarantee which gave me peace of mind. Good and efficient service so I can recommend this company.
