Excellent service engineer to fix Neff sliding oven door. Diagnosed problem and arranged supply of spares. Unfortunately as these are rather specialised and unusual it took some time to source them. Kept informed and job finished when eventually available. Excellent firm prepared to work at and solve a problem.

I was regularly kept updated both about the cost and the Engineer’s two visits. A key point to mention is that the upfront cost includes the second visit to carry out the repair (excluding parts). Knowledgeable, pleasant Engineer and upfront costs. Brilliant service and can’t recommend NAC highly enough.
