After my washing machine broke I called NAC and an engineer was arranged to call the next morning. I was kept fully updated by NAC and the assigned engineer of the arrival time and my machine was repaired quickly. Excellent customer service.

Efficient helpful telephone service from the Stockport branch . They weren’t able to send out someone to repair our oven right away – but we needed an engineer familiar with Rangemaster- and we certainly got one – so it was worth a few days wait. The company made it clear what the standard callout and labor charge would be in advance – and the only extras would be for spares – which helps to know . Nathan the engineer was great . Unfortunately , the cooker was beyond repair , as the fire had burnt through all the wiring .But he did his best , and most importantly he had written a full report within two hours , which we could use right away to make our insurance claim!Great efficient service all round from everyone concerned .
