The fault on my American style fridge freezer was identified quickly on Darren’s first visit and the part ordered. The lead time on the part was very short, particularly as the fridge/ freezer is so old, and the part was fitted and the unit running like new on the second visit. Good prices and great service!

NAC managed to get be an appointment within 1 week for my fridge freezer that had become faulty. They rang me the morning of my appointment to confirm a time slot and then called again 1 hour before arrival which was great. Danny was very informative of what the issues could have been and what we could do to resolve the issue. Would highly reccommend.

I found the whole procedure was excellent. From the booking of an engineer to the actual repair. The engineer was very polite and knowledgeable. The repair was thoroughly tested before handing back to me. Thank you, I will definitely use NAC next time I need an appliance repaired.
Such a relieve to know you can count on them very quickly. The engineer came the following day of my request and sorted out the washing machine. Would really recommend.
