We’ve not used this company before but will definitely do again. The service from the lovely helpful lady who answered the phone to Mark the engineer was excellent. Mark called us to confirm appointment date and time and said he would call us when he was on his way. True to his word he did and arrived at the agreed time. Mark fixed the fault within 20 minutes and explained what he’d found and the work he’d done to fix the fault. I also liked the idea that we could pay by card. 5* service. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Easy to arrange visits and the engineer was very prompt. Reasonably high first call out charge (£108) but thereafter only parts charges for subsequent visit to fix problem.

Our American Freezer decided to stop making ice. Nowadays it seems rather difficult to get on site electrical appliance repairs. Finally I found NAC who were very straightforward and sensible. The engineer attended within the given timeframe , he was friendly and efficient. The fault was resolved by not only replacing a part but by making an additional “tweak” to prevent the fault from reoccurring . I was very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone.
