Maria answered my call, she listened intently to my problem, explained the procedure in detail, booked me in for a date for an engineer to visit that was convenient for me, explaining that he would call the evening prior to the date, which he did. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, needed a part, which he ordered promptly, again date given for his next visit, arrived on time, job done. I would not hesitate to use this company again, excellent communication, thank you.

Excellent service both by Robert, the engineer, who fixed an initial issue with our dishwasher and then replaced parts and from the efficient communication with NAC.
