The engineer was friendly, thorough, regarding my problem. The embarrassing thing was that inadvertently, the switch on the wall had been turned off. Fortunately no actual repair was needed or new machine or parts had to be purchased!!

Fantastic service. The engineer was polite and cheerful. Nice to see someone with a smile. Quickly found the fault and ordered in the parts I needed. Returned within a couple of days at no extra charge 😄 This company do what they say and don’t charge service charge again if they have to come back. Very professional company. Repair guy was not only lovely, friendly and helpful but clearly knew his stuff. Next day repair, first job of the day, and boom my washing machine was going again; even better than before as he adjusted the feet which means it won’t rock when spinning. Brilliant service, would recommend without hesitation.

It was easy to book an engineer to look at my dead dishwasher…I had a confirmation email and told I’d be contacted by text for a time slot on the day. I was given a time slot the previous day! On the day I was told he was on his way. Great stuff! Unfortunately its brain had stopped functioning, a new one would be ordered. But no, obsolete! I had an email telling me the part I needed and I could try and find one online and you would put it in for me with no extra cost….to no avail….my machine is too old….I have to succumb to buying a new one. I really feel the service I received was excellent, it’s just a shame the part wasn’t available. I will definitely use you again in the future. Thank you
