From the moment we called to the engineer coming out their service was excellent. The process was so easy & hassle free. Would most definitely use again in the future
The Engineer arrived within an hour of my call for help with a dish washer that had died. He quickly did all the tests but unfortunately found that the PCB module needed replacing, asked the office to order it but the part is obsolete as my machine is too old. Have bought a new one.
I will certainly use them again in future if needed.

We had a problem with dishwasher , thought it was the pump , a new one was ordered , 2nd visit was arranged , the pump was fitted but it turned out it wasn’t that either. A lot of companies would have charged for the second call out and part , but NAC didn’t . Would definitely use again

The engineer that came out to fix my Dishwasher was great. At the time he did not have very good Access to the Dishwasher but he still took the time to see if he could sort it out. He got it working but explained because of limited Access he could not check all the dishwasher and we could still have a problem. He said if there was any problem call and he would come back. I did have to call him back and made sure he had full Access. In 15 minutes of his return he had found the flat. He also said any problem to call. I have not had any problems since. Great service.
