Fridge/freezer stopped working. I Googled and looked like a part had broken and a replacement could fix. Called NAC & was passed to an engineer who could come that morning. They pointed out a flat call out fee for however many visits required would be charged. The engineer came and thoroughly tested all the fridge circuits, main board condenser. He came to the conclusion that it could be that part as per my search. As the part could not be tested he was at pains to say there were no guarantees as fridge/freezer pipes could also be blocked and that would mean a new fridge/freezer. Fridge/freezers are not an easy fix. He ordered the part – cheaper than e-spares, it came the next day. And he came fitted it and retested the circuits, thankfully it worked. He was very open, honest & polite engineer. It may not have worked, he said that. I see people complaining on trust pilot when they have paid for a part replacement that does not work. He is not a psychic, just professional who does his job. It is always the customers choice to evaluate how old is the appliance and to really listen to the advice given.

Excellent engineer – quickly solved the issue and gave helpful advice. Would recommend NAC for other Miele appliance issues/repair needs. Very easy to set up a repair visit etc.
Quick response, polite and attention to detail.found the problem within 5 mins, £70 call out charge, but no charges made for next call out to repair and fix our much needed washing machine water pump. Kept us upto date and fixed the issue..

Great experience. The chap phoned me at 8am to give me a 2 hour time slot, he came nice and early knowing I was on a night shift. He came, found the problem and replaced with a new part all in 30-40 mins. Lovely man. Will definitely use again!
James kept in contact re the appointment and was on time. He resolved the problem quickly, explained the issue and tidied up afterwards. Can’t really ask for anymore than that – would definitely use NAC again
