Used NAC when a local guy cancelled hours before they were supposed to turn up. NAC showed up, on time the day after I called them. Although a wasted journey because I was an idiot and didn’t check the issue before they turned up, they still have me advise on what the issue was and how to fix it myself in future, along with helping with some of my other broken appliances. Expensive advise as I still paid the callout charge but ultimately that’s my fault. I cannot fault the service provided 5 stars
