The engineer who came was in time and very helpful. Unfortunately although could do a repair with a new drum etc he couldn’t say that the motor would not give out too, so as cost was almost as much as a new machine we decided to go that route. He was helpful and honest . Thank you

Response was quick on the phone just asked a few questions. 10 minutes later the fitter phoned up is Monday morning convenient. Monday morning about 9am will be with you at 11am 11 05 he was here. De-iced the freezer checked every thing. If the fridge starts warming up phone me will get the new parts tell you the cost no charge for fitting or call out charge and politeness fron start to finish
