We had a problem with the rubber lining inside our double door fridge, which stopped it from closing. We phoned NAC and an engineer came out the next day and worked on it for an hour and fixed it. An intelligent and dextrous man, he also carried on with engaging conversation on two of my favourite subjects, flying aeroplanes and exquisite coffee!

I was amazed at how quickly NAC responded, via their website, especially as it was on a Saturday afternoon. By the Monday an engineer had phoned and arranged to call the following day, the day I had requested. I was given a two hour slot. The engineer, Tim, came very promptly and was extremely charming and helpful. He diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered the part that day. He returned on the Friday, as arranged, and fixed my fridge freezer and it’s now up and running as good as new. Brilliant, thank you.

No hidden charges ( only extra is cost of replacement parts) no matter how long or how many visits it takes to repair your item the cost is the same. I was kept up to date with visit, engineer arrived at the time promised, Job completed with no bother and a pleasant engineer.
