Rang on Friday afternoon with a problem with my washing machine and an appointment was made for Monday I then received a call from the repair engineer to say he had a cancellation and could he come now which I said yes to.
He came found the problem immediately carried out the works and checked that everything was now working OK.
He was polite and very helpful and gave good advice for future issues

when the repair person arrived he was cleanly dressed and very polite. Immediately without any ado he got on with the work in hand and took extra time to ensure that all was in proper working order. All in all a great and faultless job.
