Had a leak in a Miele washer dryer meaning clothing being washed couled not be taken from the drum. Miele wanted close to £300 to come out, hence i spoke to NAC who offered a call out charge of just £85.

The engineer Shane was excellent in spite of a couple of issues which made the repair job a little more difficult and required a part to be obtained, Shane kept me updated and even attended on a Sunday with the spare part, which was excellent

Iwould not hesitate to go back to NAC again if i had a problem, plus the six month guarentee was a bonus

It was straight forward to book and the engineer arrived as arranged and had my problem with my oven sorted out quickly.

Quick and efficent repair

What I would call unstinting service to determine the cause of the fault on our washing machine. Bim was always on time, worked quickly and efficiently with aplomb and courtesy always. Cannot fault the service he afforded us. Would not hesitate to use NAC in future.
