The engineer was ex – Miele, therefore could advise us well on our 28 year old machine, and what’s more, what machine is best to replace it.
We followed his advice and purchased a Bosch washing machine

Our washing machine had stopped working suddenly. I called NAC mid morning and they put me in touch with an engineer who arrived the same day. They were friendly, professional and quickly identified the problem. I think their service was also reasonably priced. Great service!

Our technician was Florian. He arrived when he said, he fixed our dryer quickly, he was very polite and answered all our questions. We will call NAC again if we need an appliance repair. We are extremely impressed with the quality of service. Many thanks.
