Phoned company and got same day appointment, quick and easy. Engineer turned up as expected with with a 30 minute prior confirmation of arrival. Engineer was extremely polite and professional. Problem quickly resolved. 10/10.

The customer service team were really helpful when l called and booked an engineer to come to my property the next day. I then got a call from the engineer to get a time booked. My engineer was called Mitch & he was really helpful & explained everything to me. He had to return a few days later to fit a part but again it was done when convenient for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for an appliance repair
