From first contact the service I received from this company was fast and efficient, direct contact with an engineer was followed up within 2 hours and arrangement for a date and timeslot for repair agreed. If the quality of the service follows through, they will be the first and only Miele service agent to contact.

Expert friendly service and advice
The engineer was able to be booked quickly, came on time and diagnosed the problem with my tumble drier. It needed a capacitor which would need to be ordered. Paid for the visit, had them order the part (paid for that). When the part arrived they booked another visit for me with the same engineer and he came and fitted it. The second (fitting part visit) was not charged for. The tumble drier is now working again. So satisfactory job with no unforeseen costs.
Communication good arrived when expected and fixed my washing machine.
