Fabulous service from NAC. We had tried to get our hob repaired with Electrolux for 7 weeks to no avail so decided to look to an external company to sort it for us. Very helpful over the phone and gave us a link to order the correct part. Once the part had arrived we called and they sent a technician the very same day to get it sorted out! Thank you so much for making a stressful situation much easier! We are very happy with the service provided and will not hesitate to recommend and use you again in the future.
After the fridge part of our upright stopped working i contacted NAC as they offer a same/next day service which, to me, is important when it comes to a fridge. I was contacted by a gentleman called Colin who, after asking various questions, advised he was fairly sure of what the problem was. He was unable to attend the next day as a part needed to be ordered and with it being a Friday the earliest he could be with us was Monday. I was at work on the Monday but my partner who met Colin when he arrived early on the Monday said that he was a very nice chap and very quickly solved the problem. I would highly recommend NAC to anyone!

I contacted NAC when my washing machine broke down a week ago this last Friday.They sent Danny out on Saturday.He diagnosed the problem and did enough that day to keep it going until he returned with the parts needed that had to be ordered.Dannys a great operative,friendly and helpful.So were the people I spoke to at NAC.Everything was clearly explained upfront and I was happy with the fees.Nothing was hidden.Responses to emailed questions was very prompt.

Great service, my American style fridge freezer stopped dispensing water it was fixed fairly quickly and the service engineer was very friendly, would highly recommend
