Made Sunday afternoon online booking describing non-functionning Rangemaster oven fan. NAC installer phoned circa 40 minutes later with appointment to suit us for following Wednesday morning. Mark phoned about 30 beforeand, arrived on-time and completed repair without delay. He was very pleasant, well-informed and gave valuable and accurate advice. He had card reader, so we were able to pay quckly and simply. Fan oven now works as expected. We have kept Mark’s card. Many thanks!
