The overall experience was good, Paul did an excellent job to our dishwasher.
Repair engineer arrived on time on both days. He knew what had to be done and made a good repair to my fridge/freezer. He provided a fast friendly service and I would have no hesitation in using NAC again for any of my kitchen appliances.

Really pleasant engineer who didn’t try and make the job any bigger than it was! Actually, he fixed our American style fridge it in about twenty seconds (motor was jammed) but it was reassuring to know that if had taken two days, the price would have been the same.
We’ve booked them to sort out our range cooker; quote’s the same; bet it takes them longer!!! Nice company to deal with.

Absolutely fantastic experience! I called the evening before and an engineer was here the next morning. He was super knowledgeable and he fixed our washing machine in 10 minutes – really impressed and only £75 – a bargain!!
