Office staff and engineer were friendly, helpful and efficient. Cost of repair was significantly less than if it had been arranged through the appliance manufacturer. Engineer’s visit was three working days after initial call – also quicker than manufacturer could offer.
We had a very friendly tech come out to repair our broken Bosch washer-drier. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to repair it cost-effectively as one of the many boards may have fried, but he was up front and quite gutted about the fact he couldn’t repair it.

My dishwasher broke. Found NAC online, and set up an appointment on their website, for 2 days hence. No hassle. Paid up front. Easy. They follow-up through a text to keep me informed. Repairman called me on the day, and arrived on time, Promptly did the repair, was courteous and professional. When he left, my dishwasher worked again. Would use again.
Unfortunately my fridge/freezer was beyond repair. I was told that if the initial effort to repair was unsuccessful that I should not spend more money trying to fix the problem – I very much appreciated the swift diagnosis and honesty.
