If I could award NAC 10 stars I would do. OMG this was the best and quickest repair I’ve ever had. The NAC team treated me with respect and continued on with my repair even though I unfortunately didn’t have the funds like I thought I had to make my payment. I had to wait for a part for my appliance and when it arrived I was informed and the engineer came out did the job in record time and instead of having to pay on the spot I was sent an invoice which was allowing me to pay in 30 days. It meant a lot to me, for a company to have so much faith in me, I paid the invoice that day. I was so grateful that they trusted me and the engineers were first class and friendly.
