Great experience. The chap phoned me at 8am to give me a 2 hour time slot, he came nice and early knowing I was on a night shift. He came, found the problem and replaced with a new part all in 30-40 mins. Lovely man. Will definitely use again!

A quick response to my telephone call that my ‘ vintage’ Hotpoint washing machine needed some tlc. I was offered a next day appointment which I could not accept due to hospital appointment. Agreed first thing following morning and engineer arrived on time and in minutes the job was done. He was polite and explained what the trouble had been and I am a very satisfied customer

I needed a cooker repair for my 92 years old dad and they came out next day, I was kept informed every step of the way as I live in Bristol and couldn’t be there to see the job completed, but dad said it was done very quickly, no mess and he is now very happy to have his oven back.
