Very quick and reasonably priced. Electric grill on a dual fuel range was causing the circuit breaker to flip. Payment taken over the phone covered all labour and 2 visits – one to diagnose, and the other to fit replacement parts. All done within a week. Engineer was great – on time, no fuss and a generally nice guy.

Recently had an issue with a leaking washing machine. It was easy to make an appointment, was given an honest price range for the repair, and the name of the engineer who would be dealing with the repair . On the day of the appointment engineer phoned to let us know he was on his way . Cause of the leek detected and repair carried out quickly on the day . Engineer also gave us some good advice on how to use the washing machine to minimise future breakdowns. Would use this company again .
