Really prompt and friendly service, unfortunately the problem with our machine was a lot bigger than we’d hoped and so we were recommended to get a new machine. Obviously this isn’t the fault of NAC though and they were really clear in explaining what the problem was, upfront about how much replacement parts would be, before giving us a good recommendation for a new machine and where to buy from. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone.

My call was answered promptly and politely. An engineer came the next day within the allotted time slot. He quickly and efficiently fixed the problem, explaining what caused the error message. No parts were required, so the price quoted on the phone was the amount due. I paid by card and was very happy with the service.
