The engineer was very nice, polite and professional. He didn’t come to chat or waste time and went to the machine straight away. He found the problem and rectified it in less than 15 min. He explained the cause to me too, which I thought was very helpful. Amazing work and very nice customer service!
Date agreed and communication good for timings. However expensive 2mins to advise appliance was unrepairable

The engineer Ben was methodical in identifying the problem with our integrated fridge. He had the necessary spare part in his van and was able to fix the fault promptly. Afterwards Ben gave us good advice on how to get the best of the fridge. We were impressed by his politeness and thorough demeanour
