Appointment easily booked and arrived on time. Technician appeared very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the fault, fixed it and tested the machine. Excellent service and would use again if need be.

First time using NAC. We recently moved
house and have a NEF gas Hob. One of the burners wasnt functioning properly and would not stay a light. The engineer communicated beforehand and turned up on time. He was very curteous and efficiently sorted out the problem. We paid the call out charge and nothing more. Whilst £90 might seem expensive it was in my view money worth spending as the hob was well out of warranty. Very happy!

First time using NAC: impressed by the smooth booking process and the quality of communication about the booking. The engineer arrived at the time he’d said, and was efficient and helpful, advising us that the appliance was beyond economic repair, and giving tips on what was best to replace it.
Excellent experience with our engineer. He did not manage to fix first time and came back at short notice for no additional fee and called to check it was all ok. Very impressed.
