Staff on ‘phone were most helpful in organising the engineer to attend to my to see to my faulty freezer. The engineer attended on time and was very courteous. The advice that the engineer and subsequent e-mail from NAC was very consecutive, To put your mind at rest, I would certainly recommend NAC.

Quick quote for refrigerator repair over the phone and date of visit fixed. Kept in touch with details of engineer and time of visit. Engineer called 30 mins before arrival. Very efficient explained what he was doing and fully tested appliance before leaving . Would definitely recommend NAC 👍
