NAC was very easy to book an engineer. and when we had to change the day and time due to our illness they NAC where very helpful. The engineer was very friendly and took time to explain what needed doing, he repaired the washing machine quickly and efficiently.

Engineer was lovely and knowledgeable unfortunately my dryer part couldnt be sought so it can’t be fixed but all was clear when signing up. I know if the part would of been able to be sourced the repair would of been done. Will definitely use in future.
Engineer came out within 48 hours of calling. One call out price which included all labour. Paid for parts only after that. Good service.
