Although it was a brief visit ,as the engineer stated the grating noise from the compresser was simply a natural noise simular to a piston in an engine, it put my mind at rest

Although it took some time for the part needed to arrive ,the engineer ALEX, arrived on time , but texted me ahead of his arrival .
Alex is an absolute asset to NAC ! – He is extremely courteous, polite and explains everything that has gone wrong with your machine.

Great communication from the outset. The engineer turned up in time with regular updates leading up to his arrival. Very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Parts were ordered soon after the first visit. No extra labour cost to fit parts on the return visit. One of the best customer experience I’ve ever had.
