Contacted NAC and they scheduled an engineer within two days. The cooker was confirmed faulty and replaced the next day. Fast, efficient service and a very helpful, flexible engineer.
The process was very simple and concise. Only the minimum of info required and the website was very clear.
Unfortunately the engineer found no fault as such but was fully knowledgeable and conversant with our particular LG washing machine model and gave us good advice. Having paid £85. which turned out to be expensive but we were happy.

Exactly the service I was hoping for, a prompt appointment (specified to a half day) followed by a call the day before with more info. Repair done without parts being needed – just the skill of the engineer. Gave a bit of advise to avoid it happening again. Friendly and trustworthy. I would completely recommend.
The engineer came as promised on Monday 15th December and identified the problem with the cooker. Parts were needed so, with Christmas not far off, we were rather anxious. To our amazement we received an email the very next day to say they would be fitted on Friday 19 December. Repairs were done efficiently – Christmas dinner saved!
