A clear quote was given online before booking the repair. The engineer rang within minutes to arrange a time for the next morning. David was punctual, friendly and completed the job whilst explaining what he was doing and gave helpful advice to avoid further issues in future. He also checked a couple of other things that needed attention and advised on any costs for parts. He even mentioned easy things we could do ourselves.
All over and done with in around half an hour and no mess. Dishwasher now back functioning as normal.
