Everything went well from 1st contact with company to repair being carried out. Kept informed at each stage. Repair was carried out quickly and efficiently and the engineer (Daniel) took the time to explain everything. Definitely recommend.
Knowledgeable first contact followed by speedy service call out – a good start. Our engineer, Neil was clear in what he was doing and to identify our root cause then clearly explaining the issue – unfortunately, our wine cooler was beyond realistic repair. We’d use NAC again when needed.
Quick and efficient- just what I needed
Having first contacted the manufacturer of my fridge freezer regarding its failure I was given an appointment date in excess of two weeks time with a ridiculously high call out charge as well.
I then contacted NAC was given an appointment time within a couple of days, Darryn, the engineer arrived on time diagnosed the problem, the replacement part was ordered and a week later it was fitted, he explained how to check that it was working properly and thankfully everything seems to be fine. All in all a very good service.
It is a pity however that the manufacturer does not regard customer after sales service a priority and it will certainly be in my mind if and when I need to replace the unit

I chose NAC Repair initially because of the well organised, straightforward website that explained the company services and pricing structure. That, and excellent Trustpilot reviews made this my first port of call when looking to have a repair done.
When I booked a callout I was able to choose a day that suited me and I received prompt confirmation of the day and details about how I would be contacted nearer the time which was helpful.
The day before my agreed time I was contacted to confirm the visit and given the chance to confirm or cancel the callout.
I received a message during the day to tell me that the repair person was en route and he arrived within 10 minutes.
The repair man was friendly, explained everything and sorted the problem. He took the time to check that everything was working before he left.

Engineer got in touch promptly to arrange a diagnostic visit. Was able to diagnose problem with washer and obtained necessary part to fix the problem. Arranged visit to replace part and left the machine lovely and clean and ready to use.
