The lovely engineer rang to say what time he would arrive. He sorted my issue with my washer/drier and gave me great advice and guidance going forward and said do not hesitate to contact us if it is not right. He was polite, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Great value for money. Easy to place and pay for visit all online and communication great.
