Our 9 year old Neff oven failed to start up, except for a flashing oven light, when we returned from holiday. The NAC service engineer, Paul, visited us on Saturday, diagnosed that a circuit board might be the problem and said that they would source one for us. He returned with the part on Wed but sadly that didn’t do the trick. We could have had another board replaced but decided to replace the whole unit instead. Paul kindly advised us about issues with the replacement oven. We would certainly use NAC again!

Our washing machine’s door got stuck and we contacted the Nacrepair for help as they located near by. The engineer who we were able to contact personally, kindly agreed to come a day earlier then appointment was made, by squeezing us in his busy schedule. He expertly managed the broken down door and offered to replace it with the new one for really good price. The door was replaced really quickly and with high quality. The specialist was approachable, polite, friendly and easy to communicate. Thank you.

Worried about the freezer I looked online for someone to help and called NAC. The 4.30 pm call was answered quickly and details taken efficiently in a friendly way. The engineer phoned me a little later and arranged to come the next morning. He arrived promptly, quiet, polite, well-presented and solved the problem before 10 am! The freezer is as new!l
There was a fixed fee for the visit to be paid to the engineer and emails set out the arrangements clearly. I have no hesitation in recommending NAC and the engineer.
