Excellent service from the phone call to a lovely friendly young lady who was pleasant and informative to the engineer who arrived and was extremely courteous and sorted my problem in no time .. Response was quick on the phone just asked a few questions. 10 minutes later the fitter phoned up is Monday morning convenient. Monday morning about 9am will be with you at 11am 11 05 he was here. De-iced the freezer checked every thing. If the fridge starts warming up phone me will get the new parts tell you the cost no charge for fitting or call out charge and politeness fron start to finish
