I found out about NAC on the internet- hadn’t used them before but when my washing machine developed a fault I wanted it seen to quickly. The customer service assistant on the phone was polite, professional and helpful and arranged for an engineer to come out the next day. I was kept up to date on appointment time via text which was very helpful. The engineer arrived the next day as planned and identified the issues but advised it was probably not cost effective to replace the faulty parts given the age of the machine – very honest of him I thought. So, although I had to buy a replacement machine I was still very pleased with the service and advice from the NAC engineer – I would definitely use NAC again and would recommend.

The engineer who came was in time and very helpful. Unfortunately although could do a repair with a new drum etc he couldn’t say that the motor would not give out too, so as cost was almost as much as a new machine we decided to go that route. He was helpful and honest . Thank you
