Wonderful customer service. Very prompt in updating me regarding replacement parts and prices, and spot on when it came to the time the engineer would call.
Ease of booking via internet, responded exactly as set out at time of booking. notified of arrival time and kept to that time. Investigated our problem thoroughly, no repair possible, so provided a quote for a new part within hours over the internet and returned quickly to fit it once delivered. good to be kept informed throughout the whole process.

Unable to fix but gave great advice during a time when others could’ve used the opportunity to make more money with revisits. Would highly recommend.
Ian the engineer visited me to try to fix a faulty fridge freezer unfortunately it was beyond repair but he was very helpful and gave good advice going forward
Great repairer who did the job quick and happy with price.
The washing machine engineer that was sent, he was lovely and checked the machine. The pump had to be replaced but other then that it took him about 20 minutes half an hour to get the machine up and running again.

helpfully, straight forward, pleasant and to the point.
He identified the problem quickly. Explained and costed repair versus new machine clearly and in detail. Was honest and said it was my choice of what to do without trying to sway me in any particular direction.
He has given me a quick appointment to arrange and install a new machine at a reasonable price, removing the old machine too.
I’m looking forward to his next visit with the new machine.
