Quick and easy to book and change appointments. Engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Fixed a fairly old machine. Price was reasonable.

The service I received from beginning to end was exemplary.After first contact, arrangements to come out and inspect our dishwasher was superb.The engineer was on time .He was very clear and concise in terms of the issue and the cost to rectify Based on his advice it was more cost effective to purchase a new one.The call out charges was very reasonable Thank you

Ashley arrived on time and established the cause of our fridge-freezer’s failure. The subsequent conclusion – that a repair would be uneconomic – was honest and appreciated.
we were keeped in formed of all things revevant. the repair was carried out in a very professonal manner and the price normal and less than we thought it might be.
My fridge freezer broke whilst out of the country and my son arranged a repair unfortunately the engineer did not attend when he stated, upon returning home I called NAC and Yvonne was amazing, listened to the issue and arranged an engineer to attend the following day quoting a very reasonable price. Unfortunately I had to cancel the appointment as the original engineer attended without warning and fixed the issue there and then, the only reason I allowed him access was due to the fact we are a family of 5 and having no working fridge freezer for another 24 hours would have made life more difficult with being due to return to work tomorrow evening and needing to re stock them prior to then.
If I ever have an appliance break again NAC will be my first call.
Very happy with the service I received from NAC. Booked my appointment online which was very easy. The engineer was able to identify the problem, but unfortunately unable to fix the problem on the day as a part was required. The Part was ordered and a date was offered for the repair to be completed. Unfortunately that date wasn’t suitable but a new date was agreed and the Engineer returned and completed the repair. Thank you NAC
