The engineer was friendly and helpful. He explained why the item was not repairable and that it was safe to use for the short term. When asked he was able to give pointers when replacing the fridge freezer.
Helpfully and that is what is needed
The water leaking issue of our washing machine has been fixed pretty fast after booking.
Nice cheerful straight receptionist in the first place. I didn’t have to pay any more right enough than the deposit. It was not the washing machine at fault though it had residual water in it was a faulty socket and the pleasant engineer detected that effectively

Excellent service. Easy to book online and let you know promptly time engineer will attend. Fixed our dishwasher in no time. Would highly recommend this company.

Their communication was excellent and their service engineer was helpful, pleasant and polite. They were also amazingly honest, they said they could fix it but wouldn’t recommend it as the cost was far more than a new machine. Very impressed
Fast and friendly service
Very quick response and appointment booked, no hidden charges, engineer arrived prompt had all ID on display. Very nice fella chatty and friendly, didn’t have to hover around him just let him crack on with the job.
Showed me the problem and explained next stage,again quick call,texts and emails with price and appointment time/date.
Same engineer came back 40 minutes later tumble dryer working better than before.
Definitely recommend NAC as not just reasonable but very very professional.
