It was great to speak to a helpful person in the office. We explained that we were worried about condition of the food as the deep freeze was not working. Engineer arrived at 8.00 the next morning. Very pleasant, efficient and quick. The problem was sorted straight away. We have nothing but praise for the service.
The engineer turned up as arranged and mended my dishwasher very quickly.
