I found everyone to be very polite & helpful. The item was ordered very quickly & the engineer arrived very quickly after that. There were text messages throughout to keep me updated on what date & especially time of arrival. He was right on time & finished the job quickly & efficiently. I found the cost very fair. Thank you very much. Would use again without a doubt.

Excellent customer service in arranging a repair, on the day engineer was pleasant, helpful did a great job.

We contacted NAC as our washing machine was making an unusual noise, the person who took our call was extremely helpful and booked us an appointment for the same day. The engineer called us 30 minutes before he was due to arrive, when he arrived he was so efficient and extremely professional. He identified and fixed the issue and luckily enough we did not need any spare parts. I would not hesitate to recommend NAC as there response and service were exemplary.

I found your company via a google search. I was frustrated by answerphone messages and not having heard back from other companies. The lady in your office answered on the second ring and was knowledgable and helpful. A locally based technician called Mick was booked with email confirmation. Nick called to tell us he was half an hour away. On arrival he did some tests, diagnosed and fixed the problem and gave us helpful advice regarding ongoing use. The total cost of the repaor was very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in using NAC again or recommending them to a friend. Great job
