Very impressed with speed of visit following initial phone call re problem with microwave. Engineer very helpful and knowledgeable in identifying replacement of faulty component. Slight delay in locating this from NAC supplier but as soon as they received it same engineer revisited to fit and check unit working perfectly at no additional cost to initial call out fee.
