Rang the service when my oven broken down. Initial contact was helpful, and a clear explanation process was given.

This company gave great customer service. They responded quickly and kept me up to date as the repair was carried out. Jason the engineer that came out to repair the hinges on my integral fridge did a great job. He was very pleasant and helpful giving excellent customer service. Well done Jason and NAC.

I contacted this company for the first time and my first impression was professionalism. Charlotte was the one who answered my call with a friendly but professional manner. She was very clear with the standards of the company, as in I know exactly what is included with the charge but also she listened to me attentively with my questions and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in anyway.
I have since been contacted again to say that the engineer will contact me the day before with a time slot, rather than having to be available for the whole day.

Quick and efficient service when I called to request a repair.

Given good notice of visits. Engineers (two, two visits) were polite, professional and efficient. In end, repair not possible because a broken part is too old (28 years) and no spare is available. But I am satisfied that everything that could be done has been done.
