The engineer came extremely quickly as we said that with 8 people to feed, being without a fridge was a big problem. He was really friendly efficient and a good communicator.

The unexpected happened with the initial phone call to Becky, I explained the problem with our gas cooker. She explained the call out charge included the cost of a return visit to fit any parts required.
Becky arranged for an engineer to call on the Friday and he arrived on time and diagnosed the fault. He said the office would contact us with the cost of the parts….30 minutes later we received an email detailing the parts and costs. We paid and the parts were ordered. The next email was explained the parts had arrived and an engineer would fit them on 24th July, and yes the guy turned up at the agreed time fitted the parts and all is now well. Excellent company to deal with.

Great professional service from NAC from start to finish. One of the ovens was not working in my old range cooker. I called their main office number and my call was dealt with efficiently by one of their call centre staff. They arranged an appointment within a couple of days. Their engineer Scott was a lovely guy, calling to confirm the time of my appointment on the day, also calling when he was nearby. It didn’t take him long to work out what the problem was with my oven and a small part was required. The part was ordered and in a few days had been delivered. Scott returned to fit the part and even let me quickly clean behind the oven before he pushed it back into place. Call out fee was £80 and part was £40. So in all I was very satisfied with the service provided and the cost. Would highly recommend NAC if you have a problem with an appliance. I’ll certainly be calling again if I ever need them. Thank you NAC and especially to Scott for delivering a great service.

Easy to book an appointment arrived as planned. Parts were needed and this were ordered and arrived within a couple of days, engineer returned the same week to complete additional repair no additional labour costs incurred.
