The unexpected happened with the initial phone call to Becky, I explained the problem with our gas cooker. She explained the call out charge included the cost of a return visit to fit any parts required.
Becky arranged for an engineer to call on the Friday and he arrived on time and diagnosed the fault. He said the office would contact us with the cost of the parts….30 minutes later we received an email detailing the parts and costs. We paid and the parts were ordered. The next email was explained the parts had arrived and an engineer would fit them on 24th July, and yes the guy turned up at the agreed time fitted the parts and all is now well. Excellent company to deal with.
