A fantastic service, brilliant communication from office and from our wonderful engineer who arrived when he said he would, carried out a great repair and was sensitive to the difficulties of managing the calls and visit long distance for an elderly parent. From phone call to book a repair through to completion of the job, I was kept fully informed of timescales, likely costs etc. Engineer took the time to explain the fault and made sure everything was repaired before he left. Very professional service

I sent an email on the Sunday & an engineer was here on the Tuesday. A part was ordered for my dishwasher & fitted on the Wednesday

The engineer Fyzal was in touch in advance to give an estimated time slot. When he arrived he worked out the issue with our dishwasher, changing a part which no longer appeared to be functioning properly. The only down side was that he didn’t explain how much the part was until we came to pay at the end and I think my husband and I would have preferred to be pre warned as it took the £90 call out price up to £206.
