Your systems were clear and unambiguous – pointing out to me without having to ask what the final cost would be. Because the engineer learned that my fridge freezer was an American style and therefore I needed a different engineer to visit , she actually called me that Sunday to let me know of the change in plan even though not working that day. I’m 100% impressed.

Arrived on time. Inspected my Fridge/Freezer explained what the problem was and that he was unable to make a repair. Which meant I had to buy a new Fridge/Freezer.
From calling NAC to explain the problem and booking a call, to the engineer arriving, the same day, everything ran smoothly, everyone was friendly and the service was very professional and extremely competitive price wise. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Excellent!
Speedy booking with a great selection of dates. Great communication with engineer before arrival. Arrived just before timeslot allocated ( much appreciated !) diagnosed faults very quickly and had the parts needed in the van ! 2 ovens fixed in less than an hour ! And for a bargain price.. honestly great service. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Booking an engineer was straightforward and he turned up when he said he would. The problem with the dishwasher was quickly diagnosed. Unfortunately the repair would cost almost as much a a new appliance (not the engineer’s fault) so decided not to proceed. Would use this service again if needed.
