Really efficient service. Having been left with a problem to washer/dryer after an engineer from Hotpoint had imcorrectly fitted a heating coil which caused the machine to trip the switch and flood, NAC sent an experienced, relianble engineer who called to give a time slot, repaired fault and tested machine. Excellent, reliable service and communication.

Fortunately we only had an oven bulb problem, in that the glass bowl came away from its screw neck and we couldn’t get it out.
We called NAC who sent an engineer the same afternoon. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and managed to remove the neck easily.
He also did a ‘health check’ on the rest of the oven. There was no excess charge ( we had our own replacement bulb) and we just paid the initial cost. I was very pleased and will use NAC again. Thank you Adrian.
