excellent service,very professional ,tidy and clean.I had 2 visits the first to find the fault and why my dishwasher had stopped working. The second visit was to fit the part which was a new motor.All involved the booking process,sourcing the parts and the engineer who carried out the service who also gave me excellent advice on how to use the dishwasher as efficently as posssible.

The engineer was excellent and I’m very pleased with the work. There was some initial confusion over the appointment but this was resolved efficiently. I would use this firm again.

Our oven malfunctioned and we had no idea whether it was the fan, the heating elements or the thermostat. We chanced upon an ad for domestic appliance repairer NAC. Making contact was easy. The admin person was helpful and informative and we were quickly booked in for a visit. the engineer who visited was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts and when they arrived, returned, fitted them. The oven now functions properly.
We would definitely use NAC again if the need arises
